It was located in the heart of Region 8 to cater every individual and every issues coming from the different areas in Eastern Visayas. It was an easy acces for those who needed the assistance in line with our public service.

The station always stands fair and neutral on every issue and presented it to the people in order for them to be informed with the situation in the region through our News and Public Affairs Program.
